Processing Time  

Each item is made specifically for you and made by Simona Isabel Jewelry. Our processing time is 15 business days. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the processing time may be extended during the holidays.  

Shipping 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through Canada Post or the shipping method you choose at checkout. The details of the delivery schedule will be included in your order confirmation.  

Simona Isabel Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages by the courier. 

Returns 

All Sales are Final. No returns or exchanges, except for if flaws in workmanship are found. 
If the item you received is damaged, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving it. Just let us know what happened, attach a picture and we'll get it resolved as soon as possible.
